when it comes to our products we think more than just flavour, texture, nutrition and presentation; we focus a lot of attention to waste. Food waste is another issue today and as a small bakery caffè thinking hard from production to end product merchandising is necessary in managing this issue.

You will find us hard at work making you feel at home in our little shop to ensure you can come for your snack made from sourcing as many local ingredients as we can. We have seats indoors and out but we have green options, also welcoming your reusables, for the food you take out.
hot drinks are something we like to sit back and enjoy for a couple minutes so please don’t be shy; stay for the drinks. If you need to take that drink to-go we advise you, our valued customer, to bring your reusable cup because we do not offer any to-go cups.
one could say bread is the heart of every bakery. Nothing is quite like the aroma of freshly baked bread and we take this seriously. Whether you tear it up, slice it or dip it be sure to share it! Bread brings communities together and nourishes the body. It has been our foundation for food since humans discovered fermentation. Ditch the plastic and use a cloth sack facing the sliced side of the loaf down on the counter. Naturally fermented bread kept this way will stay moist longer and mould free.
